Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from e-life-shop.com, operated by Lumina Daily (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them. They don’t take away any right you have under the consumer law where you live.

• An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we can’t ship to your address. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.
• You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, and the delivery address must be in a country we ship to.

• All prices are in US dollars. The total you see at checkout — items plus shipping — is what you pay.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when the order is placed.
• Prices and shipping charges can change at any time, but never after you’ve placed an order.
• Import duties or taxes, if any apply in your country, are not included in the price and are your responsibility.

Processing takes 1–2 business days and standard delivery runs 8–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $29 or more and $10 otherwise. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays from weather, customs or peak season can add a few days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is part of these terms: email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, and you never need to ship anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The full policy is on our Shipping & Returns page.

• We describe materials, measurements and weights as accurately as we can, from the specifications our suppliers give us. Hand- finished items vary slightly, and measurements may be off by about a centimetre.
• Screens render colour differently. The shade you receive may not match your display exactly — that alone is covered by the 30-day guarantee.
• Our products are everyday goods, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is a health claim or medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
• If a description turns out to be wrong, tell us — we’ll refund or replace the item and correct the listing.

• The text, photography and design on this site belong to us or our suppliers. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.
• Don’t use the site to break the law, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or to try to break into any part of it.
• If you create an account, keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under it.

We stand behind what we sell: if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or simply not right for you, the 30-day guarantee covers it. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
