Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days within the United States. You’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $29. Orders under $29 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Yes — within 12 hours of placing it. Email us at yalihuang2016@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, but our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee still has you covered (see our Return Policy).

You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show movement after the label is created.
